At seelant.com, you can return or exchange items for various reasons:

The product is damaged.
The item does not suit you (applies to fashion items).
The product description or images did not match the delivered goods.
You received the wrong product.
Part of the product is missing.
A change of mind, provided that the product does not meet the conditions.

In order for a return or exchange to be successful, the product and packaging must meet the following criteria:

Please note that items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind if the packaging has been opened or damaged.

NOTE: For returns and exchanges, the original packaging must be free of tape, stickers, or other items that could damage it. Otherwise, the package will be considered incomplete and non-refundable.

The product you purchased can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service within this period; we will get back to you as soon as possible. After the 14 days have expired, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Please note: For returns or exchanges that are not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Once the item status has been changed to “Shipped,” you can request an exchange or return online. The status will be updated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
